These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all services provided through (“Sajnat”, the “Service”).

Sajnat provides a ridiculously simple digital signing service. The service is developed by Sajnat Sweden AB 559247-3135 which is registered in Sweden with its registered office at Möllerikevägen 1, 241 96 Stockamöllan. Yes, it is in Stockamöllan that it happens 😉

By registering an account and using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to accept and accept the Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you cannot use the Service.

Modification of the conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. If the changes affect your use of the service, restrict your rights or increase your obligations, we will notify you by email or via a notification in the app.

The latest version of the conditions is always available here on the website.


Parties means the Client and Sajnat together.

Customer means you who use and pay for the Service.

User refers to a user of the Service which is usually the same as Customer.

The service refers to all products; Website, App, Functions provided by Sajnat Sweden AB.

Website means the website that you can find on presenting the App, the Service and its Features.

App/App refers to the application that you can log in to via our Website.

Functions refers to the various functions provided through the Service.

Account means the account used by the User to use the App.

Payment model refers to the different ways you can pay for the use of Sajnat.

Manners and etiquette

Sajnat can only be used for good purposes. You must not use Sajnat to send, distribute or conclude contracts in violation of applicable law. You also agree not to spread viruses, spam or engage in any other activity that may damage the Service or its reputation or third parties.

If you breach this, we reserve the right to terminate your account with immediate effect.

The service

Sajnat provides an application (the App) for digital signing of contracts. Contracts are distributed to recipients by email and signed either by simple signature or by digital ID such as BankID.

Sajnat includes functions for uploading, storing, distributing and signing files. However, the documents uploaded to the App are your property and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to handle, store and distribute these documents.

By uploading content, you acknowledge that the information may be made available to other Users under the same Account.

Sajnat takes no responsibility for the content of the documents you upload.

Create an account

You can access and order the Service by creating an Account and entering the Payment Method on It is not allowed to transfer the Account.

Use of the Service

When using Sajnat, you are aware that you have been granted a non-exclusive right and license to use the Service. You are responsible for following the instructions provided by us from time to time for the use of the Services. You shall actively work to ensure that the Services can be performed as intended and shall continuously and without delay provide us with data and information that we request from time to time in order to perform the Services. You shall also provide us with reasonable assistance and otherwise take such steps as may reasonably be required to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the App is in the agreed format and does not contain viruses or anything that may otherwise damage or adversely affect us and the Service.

The login details and other instructions provided to you by us shall be kept confidential by you.

You are responsible for your users’ use of the Service and are responsible for limiting access in the event of, for example, termination of employment.

Finally, you understand that the Service may only be used for lawful purposes and you undertake to indemnify us against all third party claims.

Service & Maintenance

We may temporarily restrict access to the App to carry out updates or fix technical problems.

In case of any errors or omissions, we will remedy them promptly.

Changes and additions to the Service

Sajnat is constantly developing the App and may change its design and features and make additions. All these changes and additions are subject to the Conditions.

Payment & pricing information

Payment for Sajnat is made either monthly or annually in advance. You have access to the Service during the Subscription Period. In addition, there is a cost per signature when you choose to sign with a digital ID. Fees for these are charged quarterly.

The prices for the Service are always shown on and in the Service and we reserve the right to change them at any time. The revised prices will apply to the next Subscription period. If you use the Service after a price change, you are bound by the new prices.

The price of the Service is always stated exclusive of VAT. VAT, taxes and other charges.

We use a third-party provider for payments. These are subject to its terms and conditions (

Fees paid are non-refundable.

Duration of the contract

The term of the contract and the conditions of the service are valid from the creation of the account and throughout the Subscription period. The subscription period is valid from the moment the account is created and for 1 or 12 months depending on the payment model chosen.

The service can be terminated at any time and will expire automatically at the end of the current subscription period.

At the end of each Subscription period, it is renewed for either 1 or 12 months depending on the payment model.


Termination of the Service is done by deleting the account in the App. Termination can take place at any time but the Service will be available until the end of the current Subscription period. During this Subscription period, you are bound by the terms and conditions and costs that you agreed to when you purchased the Service.

At the end of the Subscription period, you lose access to the Service. All information and data will be kept for 30 days, then deleted. During these 30 days, you can reactivate your account by logging in to the Service. All information and data is then deleted.

If you want us to delete all information before the 30 days have passed, please email us at and all information and data will be deleted promptly.

Our responsibility

We at Sajnat are responsible for providing ridiculously easy digital signing to you during the Contract period.

We undertake to update and upgrade the Service at our own expense in order to provide you with a modern Service with a high level of service.

If you as a customer want something in addition to what the Service contains, we can agree on such additional services and separate terms and conditions.

We provide the usual backup of all information and data.

We have the right to use subcontractors to carry out our responsibilities. If so, this is stated in our Data Processing Agreement, which you also accept by accepting these terms and conditions. To the extent that Third Party Products are included in the Service, the product supplier’s terms and conditions for license, use, error correction and liability and intellectual property rights shall apply instead of what is stated in this agreement.

Limitation of liability

We will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss of profit, indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any contract between us.

Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with a contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service under the applicable order/contract. If you use the Service during a trial period or otherwise free of charge, our liability is limited to SEK 1,000.


During the term of the agreement and thereafter, the parties undertake not to disclose to third parties, without the written consent of the other party, any information about the other party’s activities which may be considered a business or professional secret or which is subject to a legal obligation of confidentiality. However, this does not apply to information that can be considered public knowledge.

The parties are responsible for the compliance of their respective employees and consultants with these provisions.
The confidentiality obligation under this Agreement applies for the duration of the Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after the termination of the Agreement.

Personal data

You are responsible for all the personal data we process on your behalf in the Service. How we may process personal data is set out in our Data Processing Agreement which you accept when you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Tangible and intellectual property rights

The Service, the App, the Website and all related materials are owned and administered by Sajnat Sweden AB, which is also the licensor and holds all rights, material and immaterial, to the Service and its software. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as transferring the above rights, or any part thereof, to you, the Customer. You agree that the Service and other information, including all associated intellectual property rights, provided and made available by Sajnat is our exclusive property.
Sajnat grants you a non-exclusive right and license to use the Website, App and Service for the purpose of providing the Website, App and Service to you. Upon termination of this Agreement, this right and license will also terminate.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
Swedish law shall apply to these Conditions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by the general court where Sajnat has its registered office.
